摘要
Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are mainly used as delivering nanocarriers for other cancer therapeutic agents. We report herein that manganese (Mn) based MOF nanoparticles grafted with PEG alone have efficient therapeutic effects for lethal pancreatic tumor at the cell and animal model level. Immunity analysis suggested that Mn ions released by the MOF can increase the amount of dendritic cells of the tumor microenvironments to activate innate anti-tumor immunity.
