Abstract
An entirely
new strategy is explored for directional transport delivery of antibiotics to
bacteria utilizing a bacteria-activated nanoplatform. The nanoplatform can
effectively prevent the premature leakage of the therapeutic payload, but
release was triggered when the nanoplatforms adhere to bacteria, promising
potential applications for the delivery of a wide-range of antimicrobials.
